1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or enrolling in any program offered by RICE IAS through its website or

centers in Delhi and Kolkata, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Definitions

Institute refers to RICE IAS. User refers to any visitor, applicant, or enrolled student. Services

include coaching programs, study materials, test series, and digital content.

3. Course Enrollment & Admission

Admission is confirmed only upon receipt of applicable fees. Seat allocation is subject to availability.

The Institute reserves the right to refuse or cancel admission if incorrect information is provided.

4. Fees & Payment Terms

Fees must be paid as per the communicated schedule. Late payment may result in suspension of

services. All applicable taxes shall be borne by the student.

5. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed strictly as per the official Refund Policy. Registration and

administrative charges are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including printed notes, digital lectures, and website content, are the exclusive

property of RICE IAS. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited and may lead to legal

action.7. Online Access & Digital Conduct

Login credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing of accounts or unauthorized

distribution of content may result in suspension without refund.

8. Code of Conduct

Students must maintain discipline, respect faculty and staff, and avoid disruptive or unlawful

behavior. Violations may lead to termination of enrollment.

9. Academic Disclaimer

RICE IAS provides coaching services only and does not guarantee success in UPSC or any

examination.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Institute shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, exam pattern changes, or

government policy changes.

11. Data Protection Compliance

Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

and applicable Indian laws.

12. Force Majeure

The Institute shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable

control including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

13. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to jurisdiction of competent courts

in India.

14. Amendments

RICE IAS reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of

services implies acceptance of updated terms.
